The experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford could have been better because.
The sales person was not available when I came, passed on to other staff. Started the process of finding a car on 5/2/25. Ended getting it on 1/4/25. I was told it was 4W drive, electric seat operation. On inspection none was OE. I was assured it would be serviced, cleaned & checked, for collection.
There was an owners handbook in glovebox. Looked like it had been waterlogged. Completely unusable. I am unable to access any information at all.
All managers & staff are never available.
