I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury Ford because there was no proper handover, it took over 2 hours even though I was paying cash, it appeared that the person who was doing our sale was doing every sale that day even though there were at least 5 other sales people there. My final handover of the keys was done by the guy who put the petrol in the car not the sales person. I spent a lot of money with you but no real handover which really disappointed me.

Perry's Aylesbury have a lot of choice and a friendly sales teams .. However communication can be a bit slow when the shop is busy. When I bought the car I could only have it after a month from test driving it as it was only registered in March 2026. The car had 400 miles and I was told that the car will not be used for test drives and that it will only be used in an emergency. when I picked it was showing over 1000miles. I wasn't told about this, so I only found out when I got home. I didn't check either before I drive off. The fact is they didn't keep their promise. Overall good service. Thank you.

The experience at Perrys Aylesbury Ford was good because having just had a really bad experience buying a car 18 months ago and the car has cost so much money in repairs. It was important to discuss the car and be shown it. Paul I used sales knew his stuff. They are a friendly team and you are not pressured to buy. You have time to think.
